First half of 2020

The first half of 2020, EZER in review.

What a crazy ride this year has been so far.  Everything from wildfires in Australia, to Brexit, to the United States Presidential campaign being in full swing, and then…boom, the Coronavirus pandemic started spreading everywhere.  All of sudden, businesses and stores were shut down and stay-at-home orders were in place.

EZER started the year at a good normal pace and then the COVID-19 pandemic came in.  EZER quickly jumped to the next gear to help wherever possible.  Our customers needed essential products, supplies, and tools delivered.  The EZER team didn’t blink an eye and jumped into delivering these supplies to hospitals, medical facilities and other essential businesses as they needed, seven days a week.

As the shutdown orders were being lifted and our regular customers gradually started to reopen their businesses, EZER helped efficiently get their products delivered and helped them get back on track.  EZER continues to assist all of our customers in their daily delivery needs on-demand or scheduled when needed.

Up YOY
EZER up year over year in 2020

Comparing EZER’s activity year-over-year (YOY) for the first six months of 2020, EZER is up 116.7% from the first six months of 2019.  Nearly 80,000 miles traveled and 70,000 lbs. in B2B and B2C local delivery and last-mile delivery orders.

Most couriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL have reported service issues and pricing increases as the requests continue to increase for home deliveries.  We understand this extra volume of products have stretched their entire operations, but this flood of additional orders has also delayed ALL the deliveries.

If your business has local clients that need your products, supplies, equipment or tools, and you’re looking for an efficient alternative in how they are being delivered, contact EZER and let’s discuss same-day delivery with full turn-by-turn tracking, event notifications and instant digital PODs.  EZER is available to deliver from any local distribution point; be it a warehouse, a manufacturer or a retail store.  EZER is also available to expand into any city, worldwide.

EZER looking forward

Looking forward, EZER will continue to serve anyone needing local delivery of essential supplies, regular daily orders, rush orders, and last-mile deliveries, from parcel size items to bulky items or smaller, single pallet, LTL orders on-demand or scheduled as needed.
